Our Story · B. Bays LLC dba Bays Boys Trash Removal
FAMILY ROOTS.
COMMUNITY FIRST.
Locally owned and operated, Bays Boys Trash Removal is built on more than 40 years of Bays family experience in the waste industry.
Owner Brad Bays carries on a legacy that began with his grandfather and continued through his father in commercial waste services.
BBTR began as a small weekend project Brad started with his young sons to teach them hard work, responsibility, and serving others. That family project grew into a full-time residential curbside trash removal company serving thousands of customers throughout our community.
As we’ve grown, our values have stayed the same: work hard, treat people right, take pride in what we do, and serve others well. Today, Brad and the BBTR team provide reliable, affordable, and friendly service while building a company employees and customers can depend on.
Faith. Honest Work. Lasting Impact.
